فقه التوبة: الحلقة الأولى (التوبة من تأخير التوبة):

الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة والسلام على نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين:

فإن للتوبة أحكامًا تتعلق بها وتشتد الحاجة إليها، ولا يليق بالعبد جهلها.

ومن هذه الأحكام التي يغفل عنها الكثيرون التوبة من تأخير التوبة.

قال تعالى {وَتُوبُوا إِلَى اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا أَيُّهَ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تُفْلِحُونَ} [النور: 31].

فدلت هذه الآية ـ فيما دلت ـ على حكمين:

1 ) وجوب التوبة إلى الله عز وجل؛ لأن الله قد أمر بها والأصل في الأمر أنه للوجوب.

2) أن المبادرة إلى التوبة من الذنب فرض على الفور، ولا يجوز تأخيرها، فمتى أخرها عصى بالتأخير، فإذا تاب من الذنب بقي عليه توبة أخرى، وهي توبته من تأخير التوبة، وذلك لأن الله قد أمر بها والأصل في الأمر أنه للفور.

قال ابن القيم _ رحمه الله ـ مبينا خطورة الغفلة من تأخير التوبة:

"وقل أن تخطر هذه ببال التائب، بل عنده أنه إذا تاب من الذنب لم يبق عليه شيء آخر، وقد بقي عليه التوبة من تأخير التوبة!!"([1]).

فاللهم تب علينا توبة عاجلة، واجعلنا من الأوابين التائبين إليك.
